The Narrow Way: Highly Recommended

I found this book and was blown away by it's truths and clear message. This book serves as not only a great resource for the unbeliever but for the Christian as well. There are few books that I will wholeheartedly endorse and this is currently at the top of my list.

You likely will not find this in your local bookstore but through a great friend i was unable to get some direct from the publisher. You will not regret getting this book.

Is there a heaven? If so, what is like? And is hell real? Are there actually many people going to hell after they die? And is what Jesus Christ taught about these topics more or less what is taught in most churches today, or have we strayed from that? The author's conviction is that many who profess to be Christians are sadly quite deceived about where they are headed after death, and he desires to prevent his readers from being one of them. If Christ is the only way to know, it is vital that we know how to seek Him on His terms, not those of our own imagination.

You can order The Narrow Way in the Ten-Four Ministries Store.

Rochester Police Donation

It was an exciting week for the Armor of God Project. We received a shipment of 160 vests from the Rochester Police Department. We would like to thank Rochester Range Sergeant and Lead Technical Consultant for the Armor of God Project Roy Adams for assisting us with this donation.

Muscle Shoals Lt. Clint Reck helps coordinate our shipments of vests to our distrinution center. Here he is with the Rochester shipment. This large shipment will help us fill all of the needs that we currently have and will give us a stock of vests for future needs.

To fulfill the needs, it is necessary to carry vests in all sizes. Here is a vest that appears brand new and we are certain that God has someone in mind for it. When this vest is given out, the Gospel of Jesus Christ will also be presented.

Jackson, Tennessee & Ten-Four Ministries

I was honored to attend the Mid-South Law Enforcement Expo this past week in Jackson, Tennessee to promote The Armor of God Project. Muscle Shoals (AL) Lieutenant Clint Reck, the co-founder, met myself and Ten-Four Ministry Board Member Dan Ward at the event.

Above is Tulsa Police Corporal Dan Ward and Advisory Board Member with Ten-Four Ministries. Dan did a great job discussing the project with law enforcement as they came by the table.

Lt. Reck talks with Curt Carpenter, with the Alabama Tactical Officers Association. Curt and the ATOA graciously permitted Ten-Four Ministries to set up at their vendor booth and spoke positively about The Armor of God Project throughout the Expo.

"I'll See Him In Hell"

This is a must listen testimony of Muscle Shoals Police Lieutenant Clint Reck. Listen to Clint as he describes how his supervisor was integral in sharing The Gospel with him and how that eventually brought him to a saving faith in Jesus Christ.

Listen as Clint tells of a violent encounter with a suspect and what the suspect told his co-worker and how that affected Clint in a profound way.

Muscle Shoals Police Lieutenant Clint Reck is the co-founder of the Armor of God Project.

Across America - City #38

The Mesa Police Department protects the 38th largest city in America. This week we ask you to pray for the Mesa Police Department and for Chief George Gascon.

For the next 37 weeks Ten-Four Ministries will be contacting the police chiefs in the largest 50 cities in America and presenting them with The Gospel. This is an ongoing project called The Across America Project.

I visited the Mesa Police Department in January 2008 while researching COMPSTAT for my agency. Chief Gascon helped develop COMPSTAT for LAPD as an Assistant Chief. I met with Chief Gascon and several members from the Mesa Police Department. Several of those members including Chief Gascon received a copy of Take Up The Shield. I look forward to touching base with MPD again through this project. Please keep this professional agency in your prayers.
