As the Chief of the Regional Human Resource and Doctrine Development, Lt. Col. Opena is responsible for the training and re-training of all PNP officer and personnels in the CALABARZON region. Lt. Opena has also professed faith in Jesus Christ.
The Highway Patrol Group is tasked with keeping the roads of the Philippines safe. They are presented with much needed traffic safety vests and copies of Take Up The Shield.
We are certainly humbled that God has provided this opportunity in the Philippines. We have an exciting announcement that will soon occur about this outreach. I look forward to passing that along to you.
