Our good friend and international partner with the Armor of God Project, Dr. Adiel H. De Torres with Task Force Tagaligtas coordinated a recent effort to give ballistic vests to the Philippine National Bureau of Investigation. We are blessed to be associated with Pastor Torres. He gives Ten-Four Ministries an incredible opportunity to witness and minister to law enforcement in the Philippines.
