I was honored this morning to be involved in a first responder appreciation event at Calvary Baptist Church. The Church recognized several first responders both members of the church and visitors.
It was a great time of fellowship and it was great to see the families of the first responders. These families are in so many ways the true heroes. Their support enables these heroes to do their job.
Each first responder was given a copy of Take Up The Shield, Challenge Coin and Uniform Cross. Most importantly, they heard a clear proclamation of the Gospel of Jesus Christ through the preaching of God's Word.
