Crenshaw P.D. Revisited


I recently saw this article featured on Police One & Calibre Press titled "Inside the Mind of a Warrior."

The incident occurred on February 7, 2010 to Crenshaw (MS) Officer Sean Shelton when he responded to a home that had lost power and entered with the homeowner to find a man waiting inside ready to torture and kill the woman. Officer Shelton was shot and his survival mindset took over, enabling him to ultimately fire back at the suspect and killing him.

Ten-Four Ministries was contacted several days after the incident and was told of a need for bullet proof vests at the agency. Less than two weeks after the shooting, we were in Sardis, Mississippi speaking to the Crenshaw City Clerk and partnering with a church to take vests to each officer and proclaim the Gospel.
