Penn (of Penn and Teller) is an atheist, but he seems to understand more about Evangelism than many professing Christians. While he is clearly not regenerated in this video, it was obvious he was impacted by the witnessing encounter. To the gentleman that followed the instructions of Jesus to preach the Gospel.
